Before you get started we recommend that you click on the download button below. It will provide you with a ReadMe PDF document that explains the submissions in detail as well as a few examples of workspaces that meet our criteria.

All submitted solutions must be capable of being run in Dyalog APL.  If you chose to use a different flavour of APL to create your submission, then you need to send the solution in a workspace transfer format.

For APL2, APLX and APL*PLUS use )OUT or ]OUT as appropriate and send the resulting file

For Sharp APL, use <a href="sharp_apl_xferws">this workspace </a>to create a transfer form. Alternatively, we have provided 2 workspaces below.

Given that the judges will run your solution in Dyalog APL, it would be inadvisable to use implementation-specific features of other APL flavours!  This is best achieved by avoiding functions.
