Flexible booking format
We have developed a flexible registration format that allows you to mix and match your booking for training days, the conference and the accommodation– precisely as you wish.
You should select which days you wish to attend the conference and/or training, the nights for which you wish to have accommodation, whether you wish to take advantage of the spouse programme and whether you wish to share a room with another delegate.
The venue offers double rooms with twin beds and single rooms.
Accommodation can be arranged on a night-by-night basis.
If you wish to share a room with a colleague, make sure you choose the option to share with another delegate and enter the name and email of the person you wish to share with. Likewise if you wish to bring your Spouse or a Guest choose the option to share with spouse and enter the name and email accordingly.
Prices for accommodation include breakfast.
If having booked and paid for your conference package you need to change the accommodation at a later date, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Prices for conference days include all conference sessions for that day, conference documentation, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees. If you book for the entire conference the price will include a ticket for the Banquet which will be held on the Wednesday evening. Note that if you attend on a day-by-day basis, the banquet ticket is not included.

The price for each training day includes training sessions as booked, lunch, dinner and teas/coffees.
