Flexible booking format
We have developed a flexible registration format that allows you to mix and match your booking for training days, the conference and the accommodation– precisely as you wish.
You should select which days you wish to attend the conference and/or training, the nights for which you wish to have accommodation, whether you wish to take advantage of the spouse programme and whether you wish to share a room with another delegate.
The venue offers double rooms with twin beds and single rooms.
Accommodation can be arranged on a night-by-night basis.
If you wish to share a room with a colleague, make sure you choose the option to share with another delegate and enter the name and email of the person you wish to share with. Likewise if you wish to bring your Spouse or a Guest choose the option to share with spouse and enter the name and email accordingly.
Prices for accommodation include breakfast.
If having booked and paid for your conference package you need to change the accommodation at a later date, please contact sales@dyalog.com.
Conference
Prices for conference days include all conference sessions for that day, conference documentation, lunch, dinner and tea/coffees. If you book for the entire conference the price will include a ticket for the Banquet which will be held on the Wednesday evening. Note that if you attend on a day-by-day basis, the banquet ticket is not included.
Training
Dyalog will be running training sessions on Sunday 14th October and Thursday 18th October. You can choose to book training on either or both days.
The price for each training day includes training sessions as booked, lunch,dinner and teas/coffees.

Spouse package
If you are bringing your spouse or partner and he/she is not attending the conference, take advantage of our spouse package. This includes lunch, dinner, teas/coffees and social events. If booked for the entire period of the conference, the price includes a ticket for the Banquet.
Tickets for the Banquet
A ticket for the banquet is included in the price of attending the full conference, and also in the price of the full spouse package. Otherwise, tickets can be purchased for €100 each and must be booked by October 15th. Additional tickets can also be purchased for the same price.
Dietary requirements
If you have any special dietary requirements, please include details as appropriate (i.e. vegetarian, gluten/nut allergy, halal, kosher etc.), in the special requirement part of the registration form. The restaurant kitchen will prepare dishes accordingly.
Payment processing
You can pay for Dyalog ’12 either online or by asking Dyalog to issue an invoice. These two options appear on the registration form as “Pay Online” and “Pay by Invoice”.
Paying online
If you choose to pay online,you will be redirected to the WorldPay payment page to complete your payment.The registration form lists accepted credit cards.
Paying by Invoice
The Dyalog registration system will automatically generate an invoice which will be emailed to you in PDF format. The details you enter into the registration form will be used when the invoice/receipt is generated, so please ensure that the details (especially your name and email address) are correct.
This year all pricing is in Euros, and online payment is accepted in Euros only.
Once you have paid the WorldPay system redirects you to a confirmation page with full details which we recommend that you print for future reference. WorldPay also sends a confirmation email to you.
Internet access
Konventum (previously LO-Skolen) offers complimentary wireless high speed internet access in the public areas in the main conference building. There is also an Internet café with complimentary internet access 24 hours a day.
All the guest rooms have hardwired internet access. The log-in details can be found in the room. If you have problems, please contact reception who will then issue a log-in code for you.
There is wireless internet access in the training and conference presentation rooms - however they are dedicated for the presenters accessing the internet to showcase material during sessions/training. It is usually also possible to gain internet access for delegates attending the sessions/training but, depending on the traffic, you may have to try a few times. Please, therefore, accept our apology in advance if you are not able to gain immediate internet access in the conference and training rooms.
