How to access The APL Room if you are not in the list?

Good morning,

https://theaplroom.slack.com/signup looks great.

How can we join if we are not employed/associated with the groups listed there?

Looks like a great way to participate in the community and learn more about all of it.

#apl on IRC is pretty quiet these days.

Well, actually Stephen Taylor set it all up, I am co-administering it. Either way, I can't see an option to allow people to send a join request from the sign-in screen of Slack. For now I guess we'll have to rely on the people inviting each other.

I have sent you an invitation Grant, but note that all users can invite others to join, so don't hesitate to expand the list of users if you know someone who'd be interested.
