making simple plots and graphs
Other than what's in RainRpro, which came with Dyalog, is there a simple way to make multi-line plots? It looks like one could cobble together a plotting function using Poly. But with all the neat stuff that's already provided by Dyalog, it seems like some kind of plotting capability must already be in there somewhere. Or is there a graphing package I can get?

Which version of Dyalog are you using?

There is a demonstration workspace (v14.1) in the wiki that shows how to use Syncfusion controls (included with Dyalog) to make some curve fitting graphs while using WPF. You should be able to cut and paste what you need from that WS.

Re: making simple plots and graphs
It looks like SyncFusion and WPF are powerful tools that an experienced APLer can use to good advantage. I'm still trying to get up to speed in Dyalog after learning "old" APL in the 1970's and using it then for a year or two. I'll try to figure out how to use SyncFusion, but for now the simple RainPro plots will have to do.
Thanks for the help.

Stu, it might be better to use SharpPlot (which comes with the 14.1-install) - which is sort of a successor to RainPro and equally easy to use.

Sharp Plot does really look very nice. Thanks!
When I first installed 14.1, a message came up that said RainPro would no longer be supported. What wasn't clear (to me) was that Sharp Plot was already there.

The examples in the Sharp Plot docs all appear to be written in C++. Do you have a simple example written in APL? I think that would be enough to get me started.

"sharprain" has lots of attractive examples, but no code as far as I can tell. All I need is one fully worked-out example, like the ones in the Object Reference Guide.
