Oh that is very interesting! My layout was based on mnemonics and accessibility of the symbols I use most, and as well the simplicity to learn.
See 2 images attached. One is the normal Dvorak layout (without and with Shift modifier) and another one with the Alt(Option) (with and without Shift modifier) key pressed, to enter APL characters.

Nice, Alexey - thank you. I understand your layout: ⍳ is on I; ⍴ is on R; etc. Some years ago, I tried to learn Dvorak, peaking at around 25wpm, but this has now faded back down to nothing through lack of practice.
