How to force Dyalog APL to use a different shell with ⎕sh

This technique will also work under Windows; indeed it was originally implemented under Windows so that the developers could call Unix-like commands during the build and QA process.

I've amended my original FAQ post to include an example of using the Windows PowerShell .. thanks to Liam and Geoff for that !
