Search limitations

Postby Phil Last on Mon Jan 11, 2010 2:13 pm

Information

The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: xml.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least 3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards.

Above is the response I get when typing ⎕XML into the search box. Not particularly helpful when I'm looking for the thread that was all about ⎕XML and, if memory serves, answered the question of what column[⎕IO+4] is. Or perhaps pointed to where the answer may be found.

So you don't feel like we're ignoring this, I am looking into it.

Taking off the search limitations hasn't worked and resulted in "no suitable searches were found" - this also happens when searching for "APL", I think there is a lot of suitable posts, particularly for "APL" :-)

I'll post back here when I have found an answer.

Jason.
