Glasgow International airport is approximately a 15 minute drive from the Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel.

The hotel offers a courtesy airport transfer service (subject to availability) that can be organised directly with them – this must be done more than 2 weeks before you would like the transport. Contact conferences@goldenjubilee.scot.nhs.uk (tel: 01419 516006) with your name, phone number, flight number, and arrival time (departure time if you are requesting a transfer from the hotel to the airport) – requests will be confirmed/denied 2 weeks prior to pick up request date.

By taxi: Taxis are available at the airport.

By bus: Take bus 757 (timetable ) from the airport towards Clydebank Bus Station and alight at Calendonia Street (approximate journey time 40 minutes). The hotel is a 10 minute walk from here.

By train: Edinburgh airport does not have a train station, but is linked to the main stations (Waverley and Haymarket) by tram, bus, or taxi. Combined tickets which include your bus to Haymarket and onward rail travel can be bought from the vending machine at Domestic Arrivals; alternatively, train tickets can be bought directly from https://www.buytickets.scotrail.co.uk/ . Train tickets to Glasgow International airport cost approximately £22 – the train portion of the journey is about 2 hours in duration. Train tickets to Dalmuir cost approximately £20 – the train portion of the journey is about 1.5 hours in duration and the hotel is a 10 minute walk from Dalmuir station (directions here ). The Golden Jubilee Conference Hotel recommends taking the tram/bus to Edinburgh Waverley then the train from Edinburgh Waverly to Glasgow Queen Street (check times and platforms and buy tickets in advance here , approximate journey time 1 hour). From Glasgow Queen Street station take the low-level train to Dalmuir (check times and buy tickets in advance here , approximate journey time 25 minutes). The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Dalmuir station (directions here ).

Alternatively, taxis are available at the airport or a car can be hired.
