Flexible booking format

We have developed a flexible registration format that allows you to mix and match your booking for Training Days and User Group Conference - precisely as you wish.

 

Electronic Payment processing

This year electronic payments will be processed through WorldPay - which is owned by Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS).

When you have filled in the registration form click on the "Check Out" button, and you will be redirected to our WorldPay payment page which will collect your credit card details. The payment page carries a full description of the transaction details. Please make sure you pay with one of the credit cards accepted by the system. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard and Visa.

The registration page provides the calculated delegate fee in Danish Kroner (DKK) and Pounds Sterling (GBP). When you hit 'checkout' the GBP amount will be transferred, but you also have the option of paying in US Dollars (USD) and Euro on WorldPay.

 

Confirmation of booking and acknowledgement of electronic payment

Once you have paid, the WorldPay system redirects you to a Dyalog confirmation page with full details which we recommend that you print for future reference. At the same time, WorldPay also sends a confirmation email to you.

The Dyalog registration system will automatically generate an invoice/receipt which we will e-mail to you in PDF format. It is therefore important that you fill in the correct address details in the registration system as the invoice/receipt will be issued to the name and address entered in the system and e-mailed to the e-mail address entered.

 

Payment via bank transfer and confirmation of booking

If you prefer to pay your delegate fee via normal bank transfer please use the following process:

When you have filled in the registration from please click on the "request invoice" button. This will re-direct you to a Dyalog confirmation page with full details which we recommend that you print for future reference.
The Dyalog registration system will automatically generate an invoice which we will e-mail to you in PDF format. It is therefore important that you fill in the correct address details in the registration system as the invoice will be issued to the name and address entered in the system and e-mailed to the e-mail address entered.

Please note that if you are taking advantage of the 10% discounted early bird registration the payment terms is 7 days after the date of invoicing. For logistical reasons we have to insist that the payment term is strictly adhered to as late payment unfortunately will mean that you forfeit the right to the discount.

 

Conference packages

All conference packages include: Accommodation and breakfast as booked, training days as booked, all conference sessions, conference documentation, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee and refreshments. The conference fee includes 1 ticket per delegate for the Banquet Tuesday October 14th.

For delegates who are attending a single day only, the conference fee includes all sessions, conference documentation, lunch, tea/coffee and refreshments.

Non resident delegates

If you are NOT staying at the venue, it is possible to book attendance for training as well as conference day(s) without accommodation. Note: If you book this option you will need to book the Banquet as well if you want to attend this highlight, as it is not included in the single day attendance rate.

 

Non resident guests for the Banquet

If you would like your spouse/partner or other additional guests who are NOT staying at the venue to attend the Banquet, extra tickets may be booked @ DKK 550 per person. If you need additional tickets for the Banquet please send us an e-mail as soon as possible to let us know how many tickets you need, indicating the names of your guest(s).

 

Training

In order to accommodate the increasing demand for training we have included one full training day on Sunday 12th October and a half training day on Wednesday 15th October - afternoon. You can choose to book training on both days - or just one of them.

You can peruse the preliminary training schedule here. The complete training schedule will be e-mailed to everyone in order for you to select the courses relevant to your particular requirements. When there are updates to the training schedule it will further be posted here.

 

Dietary requirements

If you have any special dietary requirements, please include details as appropriate (i.e. vegetarian, gluten/nut allergy, kosher, etc.), in the special requirement part of the registration form. The restaurant kitchen will prepare dishes to accommodate your wishes.

 

Accommodation

The venue offers double rooms with twin beds and single rooms.

 

Sharing a room with another delegate

If you would like to save a bit on accommodation, it is possible to share a room with a mate or colleague. If you want to share a room, we recommend that you agree with your mate/colleague prior to booking. Please select share with other delegate under room type in the registration form and enter the name and e-mail address of the person you want to share a room with under the Guest/Spouse details. Your mate/colleague will also have to enter your name and e-mail address when he/she registers.

If you are sharing a room with another delegate and you need extra night(s) accommodation on Saturday 11th and/or Wednesday 15th October please read here.

 

Spouse packages

If you are bringing your spouse or partner and he/she is not attending the conference, take advantage of our spouse packages. These include accommodation (shared with delegate in double room), breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staying spouses/partners will automatically be entered for attending the Banquet if the delegate has registered for attending the Banquet.

 

Extra night(s) accommodation - single delegate

It is possible to book extra nights Bed & Breakfast outside of the conference packages for the night of Saturday 11th October and Wednesday 15th October. Please check your expected travel schedule in advance of registering in order to include one or both of these night when you register for accommodation in the registration form. If - after 20th September - you discover that you will need accommodation on one or both of these nights please send an email to us here as we will then have to check availability with the Venue before confirming the room back to you.

Note: If you book extra night(s) B&B after the day you registered for the conference you will be asked to pay for the extra accommodation directly to the venue upon departure.

 

Extra night(s) accommodation - sharing with another delegate

It is possible to book extra nights Bed & Breakfast outside of the conference packages for the night of Saturday 11th October and Wednesday 15th October. Please check your expected travel schedule in advance of registering in order to include one or both of these night when you register for accommodation in the registration form. If - after 20th September - you discover that you will need accommodation on one or both of these nights please send an email to us here as we will then have to check availability with the Venue before confirming the room back to you.

Note: If you are sharing with another delegate and you need extra night(s) accommodation both of you should register for the extra night(s). If you book extra night(s) B&B after the day you registered for the conference you will be asked to pay for the extra accommodation directly to the venue upon departure.

If you are bringing your spouse or partner and you need accommodation the night of Saturday 11th October and/or Wednesday 15th October just tick the boxes for accommodation in the Registration form as appropriate.

Internet access

LO-Skolen offers complimentary wireless high speed internet access in the public areas in the main conference building. There is also an Internet cafe with complimentary internet access 24 hours a day.

Most of the guest rooms have hardwired internet access. However, some rooms have not, so if you require Internet access from your room please select the option on the registration form.

There is wireless internet access in the training and conference presentation rooms - however they are dedicated for the presenters accessing the internet to showcase material during sessions/training. It is usually also possible to gain access for delegates attending the sessions/training but depending on the traffic you may have to try a few times. Please therefore accept our apology in advance if you are not able to gain immediate internet access in the conference and training rooms.
