Pre announcement – Dyalog '09

The Array Language Event of the year

This year we will return to The Wyndham Princeton Forrestal Hotel and Conference Center in Princeton, New Jersey – just outside New York. This venue also hosted the Dyalog '07 conference.

You may want to mark your calendars already now as we have fixed the dates for the conference for September 13th-16th, 2009. Training courses will be scheduled for the 13th and the afternoon of the 16th of September.

We're already in the process of putting the main conference program together and we will be announcing more details soon.

If you are considering attending Dyalog '09, we would very much appreciate your input as soon as possible. Please send an e-mail to conference@dyalog.com and, if you can, let us know:

  • How many delegates your company is likely to send to this year's conference (even vague statements of intent are valuable, we understand that you have not committed to coming until you actually register for the conference)
  • How important a good selection of courses is to you, when deciding whether to attend the conference
  • Which topics you would like us to cover this year
  • If you yourself have an application, idea or topic you would like to present.

We are especially keen to know if there are any specific training courses and/or workshops you would like us to put together. Below you will find a list of some of the topics we have covered over the past 3 years.

  1. Office Automation (Richard Procter: 2006,2007,2008)
  2. Using Databases (J. Merril: 2006)
